Im surprised you didn’t save more weight. I wonder if the detriment is the tire or rim weight. It’s crazy how much the same sized tires can differ in weight.
I think it looks much better.
the HREs aren’t a heavy wheel to begin with but even then the Bridgestone is a lighter tire I think 1-2lbs lighter also they are pretty worn compared to the new tires not sure if they had any noticeable weight difference

you have more tire height, more affordable tires, and their lighter. All wins.
Can you share the tread depth, cost and where you got them? Tire rack doesn’t carry them. Those look promising and affordable. I’d be a bit worried on how they go in the wet.

I said it on YouTube, and I'll say it here - buy the diff - Cusco or Giken - before you spend money on two piece rotors. I have RB rotors from Figs, and they're great with the HC+800 pads, but they didn't make anywhere near the difference the OS Giken spool made. It's like a cheat code for real.

thank you that’s what I am leaning towards honestly I plan on having both by summer but I’m definitely going with the diff first just need to find out how much install will be that’s what’s holding me back currently
I know the osg is better since it’s not as clunky but RR swears by the cusco and they haven’t had any issues plus I got it for $1,200 brand new off another member that never got around the installing it. But yeah mainly was I couldn’t pass up a good deal

Im sure the OSG is awesome, but honestly I think even the Torson does just fine as long as you have the right suspension. Any LSD is miles better than an Open diff.

yeah I can’t wait, it’s probably the first mod I should have done. I’m just waiting for my figs bushing kit. Will probably go in towards then end of the month.
