No, not at all. I did not suggest holding it long at all. I was only responding to your query about speed limiter that the car hit 180 mph while it was still climbing in 6th gear and that you felt you can break 400 whp, if the car kept going. That is why I was suggesting going to 5th gear, which will make speed limiter a non-issue as it will allow you to dyno the entire rev band. At least, that is how I understood it. If you can elaborate on that point, I can see where the miscommunication was.

Since it was the first time they ran a RCF perhaps he may need some additional guidance. I'll honestly wait until Fall because the hot, humid air does no good for this PLUS I'd like to get a TRUE Intake w functionality too!

*Did I post this Start already? Cant wait until weather gets cold and it fires up NICE!!

Default Hmmmm

Ok, when I go back to have them check all bolts under car I'll bring this up to the Dyno guy. If my jacked memory serves me right- he told me he did it all manual shift thru gears up to 6th where it hit 180.
Either way, I shall inquire my friend. Thank you!

Now, I just need to find the proper Air Intake to augment this system in the absolute best way possible!

Default Continuation of Build

My ride has been staying at "American Shine Detail" in Sterling, VA for last 8 days. I'm curious if I should create a new thread on what they've done to it? I've been told there's a big surprise in store for me too!

Perhaps here or within the Automotive Car Care Section. Hmmm.

What say you.......?

ADDENDUM: Forgot to mention this piece of gear for those who wash / do their own Car Care. Huge help for doing lower half of car itself PLUS ability to move around entire vehicle doing the wheels and tires! For those with low back issues, this is awesome! The 3 Drawers easily hold MF Towels, plus my Pinnacle Wheel Gel - (just part of my Favorite Brand of Gear)
For Your Back For Your Back

I have a similar roller chair, just no drawers, just a bottom tray. It also helps to get the car up in the air.

Yes. On top of a complete Suntek Ultra PPF Film. Plus, something else in store for me that is yet to be seen.

Awesome! My buddy has a detail business and does both GTechniq and CQuartz. Good stuff. I will be doing a full coating of GTechniq.

That's exactly what they told me they were using. The GTechniq "Crystal Serum" atop the Suntek Film.
They also use CQuartz too which i believe may be going on my wheels - or even vice versa, I dunno yet.

PLUS- I believe you saw my other "New Mod" pictures in the Facebook Group right Slow? Think I'll do a Thread here on it, or should I just keep it within this Build one? Thoughts?

Hahah don't forget that after the install the steering wheel may be off a tad. It bugged the crap out of me but it's nothing a quick alignment can't fix. Just a tip! Good luck! can't wait to see it!
