Cool. What are your impressions of the driving experience (handling/acceleration/steering feel and response) change with the bigger wheels/thinner tires and the Toyos?

That is the risk of going with too big a circumference. I would recommend, if you can, swap your front tires to maybe, 265/30 and reducing overall circumference. You might get a little more gap and less sidewall, but at least you will have enough clearance when steering is on full lock.

so 5mm more offset to a 40mm would have helped this a little considering the outside edge of the tire is contacting, but Rolla's suggestion would be the solution at this point to reduce the diameter just a tad without buying new front wheels. Or you could contact that wheel company and tell them they provided you with incorrect spec wheels and see if they'll exchange for the better fitting 40mm offset.

265 tire on a 10” rim will be a tad stretched, which will actually help give you clearence.
i know it sucks to have to buy another 2 new tires though.
Was trying to warn you they would probably rub. If you can tolerate it, I don think they’ll rub through the fender liner.
My track wheels scrub like crazy under high compression and I haven't scrub through my liners in 2 seasons.

Rear liners are cut through. 265/30 is probably the easiest solution, but stretched tires look bad to me, plus the wheels poke out more than flush. Get Your Wheels is working on a solution. Vertini decided the offset, GYW decided the tire size. I asked for flush fit, not stretched and as wide as I could go with stock suspension.

Looks good. Its good to see the sizes and offsets they provided you. As for your rubbing issue keep in mind not all tires fit the same. If that makes since. For example, I had a 255/30 Toyo Proxy on a 10" wide wheel and it actually fitted like a 265 and did not SHOW any obvious sign of stretching. I'm sure there is a site or someone who knows which tire companies run small/big. So you might be be able to, like me, find a 255 that fits the way you want.

265/30/20 isn't offered in this tire. Next step down offered is 255/30/20, which is a +1 match to OEM size.
255 on a 10" wheel isn't a good fit. This wheel isn't offered in 9.5, so it would have to drop to 9.
If there is a 265/30 that will work, the rear tires would have to be changed to match.
I put the stock wheels back on the car for now.
