Well thats extremely ****ty. I was going to say I have a used set of L-Tuned mufflers sitting in my garage that I don't know what to do with. The flanges aren't perfect but you can have them if you take care of the shipping and they sound mean on a GS400. Send me a PM if you're interested.

Wow, thanks for the offer but I'll pass. I gave up on my beloved Blitz mufflers from my old GS because of this BS

I definitely need some aggressive looking tips tho

LS460 brake upgrade working well, I had to hard brake a few times this weekend and it effortlessly stopped the car. Definitely a good upgrade from the LS400 brakes and huge improvement compared to stock.

Your car looks great. Wish I had your exterior to compliment my engine build. Mine's not bad, but it's visibly a non-garaged black 98. So I haven't been too into exterior mods as of yet. And I'm definitely clueless when it comes to body work. The mechanical side of things is my thing. Lets switch for a week or two

It would be nice to have a turbo GS! I don't plan on doing too many engine mods to the 1UZ, I just don't think it is a good use of money. I do have PPE headers, K&N intake and I will be re-installing my Magnaflow hi flow cats. I also have an Apex'i NEO AFC that I will be installing and have the car dyno tuned to get the engine working as efficiently as possible but that'll be it. If I wanted real power, I'll go GTE in the future.

I've been looking at the Innovate Motorsports Wideband. How do you like your AEM? Innovate has a dual wideband kit for V8 engines, I'm leaning towards that.

Ya I'd go with the dual setup for two separate banks. Seems like a better way to go.

Worked on rear wheel fitment, sits perfect now. Also installed exhaust, used S2000 exhaust tips. They fit perfect in the bumper opening.

How do you like everything now that it's been a while?

Still happy with the air bag suspension? Do you track it, or just straight line quarter mile stuff?

Thanks!

Everything is good. I don't track or race it, I daily drive it around the city. The air suspension is great, I can air up and ride at a normal ride height without scraping over speed bumps and driveway entrances but slam it when I park or want to take photos. I had a slight leak on the drive side airline due to me not using enough teflon tape on the threads but I fixed that and the entire system is air tight with no loss in PSI.

One thing I should have done was install height sensors. PSI in the bags don't always correlate to a certain ride height so I could be at 80 PSI per bag and really low or it could be a 2" fender gap and I never know until I get out and look. With height sensors, it doesn't care about PSI and just adjust pressure to to height. I'll be adding that feature later on this year.

I could see air suspension being a gigantic headache if it wasn't installed properly, chasing air leaks and electrical gremlins everywhere but if done right, it'll give you the best of both worlds (looks and performance)

Yeah, it is a bit sunk in. Yes, I will be working on it, just haven't had time to get to it yet. I have a few other projects for this car I'm working on, can't wait to get those on the the car but ideally I'd like the front to almost match the rears. At least another 10mm further out and a bit more negative camber if needed.
