That's a great checklist so far! Marking all the torqued bolts (with a grease pencil?) and generous use of the blue painter's tape is the right way to stay organized!
I think you've got this! It's just the usual long list of things to put into place and the usual wear components to replace with new or nearly new examples before you get ready to install it!
Whatever you decide to do regarding the engine harness just make sure it's gone through thoroughly. I don't remember... did you do your own harness wiring modifications so far?
I completely went through mine but kept it in 'stock form' aka i didnt reroute much so it sits on the intake, and crosses over. I repinned it to ecumaster plugs. It works but its kind of hogepoge so i found someone who's done a bunch of them for a good price, cheaper than tweaked and less wait time.
100% top to bottom, toyota spec, procedure, torque spec for every little thing possible.
I had the pan on Friday, realized i forgot a bolt on the baffle, pulled it back off, redid the RTV, just to ease my OCD on this one. Feeling very confident on this.
Got my harness out, so i'll be shipping that out shortly. As for the drivetrain, just need to get my buddy over to index the transmission and then i can install it!
You're covering everything! Just follow your checklist, double check everything and don't rush. You'll have that beautiful new engine purring in your car very soon

Who did you find? Looking for someone to do something similar for my ECU Master EMU Black.
