Thanks for checking out my build thread. I recently picked up this CPO 2017 with about 21,000 miles. Will be documenting the modification process on YouTube as well. You can check out my channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCctXJXmlQTTOuFLGRpVtuc

How is the ride? I’ve had the springs sitting in the garage now for a few months, but still go back and forth on whether I want to install them. They were just too good of a deal to pass up.

I recently had my mom in town visiting and the car passed the mom test. When I picked her up at the airport the first thing she commented on was the smoothness of the ride. The Swift springs firm up the ride, particularly in the corners without making it too stiff. With the adaptive suspension the the springs take the normal mode to somewhere between normal and sport mode. It's actually made driving in normal mode much more enjoyable.

Finally, the PPE midpipe with high flow cats has been installed. Paul at PPE Engineering is a great guy and the guys there really do create works of art! The TIG welding is exceptional. Here's a link to the stock vs PPE midpipe video.
Went back to UMS Tuning today to see what kind of gains are achieved after upgrading to a PPE Engineering midpipe. Car still has stock mufflers. Similar to the first baseline dyno, they did one run with the airbox closed and second run with the airbox opened. What's interesting is that torque gains are realized when the airbox is open and closed. HP gains are only realized when the airbox is open.
Finally, the H&R wheel spacers are installed. 20mm front and 15 mm rear. Not sure why I waited so long to do such a simple yet significant aesthetic mod.
