Hello just got behind the wheel of a 2004 is300 5 speed with 171k on the clock. purchased the car from my brother who had it previously.
i don’t plan to do much at the moment I want to take care of getting the car cleaned up and shiny.
soon to come a new front bumper with gloss black housing foglights to match the headlights, also in the future I’m planning on a roof spoiler oem trunk spoiler and maybe a lip kit.
this car will be used as a daily driver for me though as my other car is a 2015 is350 f sport supercharged.
current mods:
trd short shifter
led taillights
gloss black headlights
tien lowering springs
3rd gen is f sport wheels with nexen tires 225/40/18
245/40/18
3rd gen is Lexus front L emblem.
soon to have license plate frydrice (fried rice)
my other Lexus IS fncyrice (fancy rice) so I figured I’d keep a theme.

Alright some long overdue updates mainly just waiting on parts.
I have acquired a authentic trd front lip( waited 4 months for it)
and authentic trd side skirts.
could not find a real trd rear lip so just picked up a rep on eBay, I’ll post some photos below.
also the guy who sold me the skirts for an amazing price!!!!!! Gave me a trd radiator cap as well.

Today is the day did all the prep work and sanding now to get these trd parts painted!!!

super happy with how this turned out put a lot of prep work into sanding and filling some of the bad areas, there certainly not perfect but for a rattle can paint job it’s Turning out awesome.

Just need 1 more coat for the front

Sides are done looking really good!!!!
