Default Aftermarket wheel question

Hi guys,
So I just got a 2007 Lexus IS 250 AWD after wanting one for awhile. I have a set of aftermarket wheels from my previous car that I would like to try and use if I can. The problem is that the wheels are a 4 lug pattern. Is there any way I can safely convert to a 4 lug pattern to make these wheels work on my lexus? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The wheels are ESM-002R PL 17" (https://esmwheels.com/index.php?rout...&product_id=81) for reference.
Thank you in advance!

Send your wheels to Need Powder Coating, they can do almost anything. Redrills, bore adjust, backface machining, fill and drill, straightening, welding, powder coating, diamond cut, ceramic polishing etc.

There website seems to be down for some reason. How much do you think a redrilling from them would cost?
