I've been on Swift springs for almost a year and half with no issues. Just need an alignment after they're installed.

Nice. You did not consider the new Pilot Sport 4S?

The deciding factor was availability. Tire Rack couldn't get them to me until late august. I have an event around that time so I went with what I could get. I've only had my lexus for a few months, the Supers seem great. I'll move to the 4S next time I need tires though.

I had my new tires mounted, they look good to me. I like the fitment. If I hit a pothole or a bump in the road at high speeds, I get some minor rub inn the front fender liners. Otherwise its been great, the added grip is nice on curvy roads. I'm still on stock suspension for those that need to know. I also purchased a dragy gps, here is my first pull. I can hit this consistently. The app is neat, there is a leader board, you can also see what other cars/brands are doing.

Nice. Did you just punch from idle or you used a launch method?

I punched it from a stop. I did not preload with the brake or anything like that. I have the same times in both full auto and manual shift mode. That didn't seem to make a difference. I have very minimal tire spin.

That is great considering you did not do a proper launch and pretty much punched from idle. There is a way to launch RCF where you can bring up the revs to 2000 rpm and then let go of the brake for fast start, but I never personally tried it in my RCF and probably never will since I don't know how hard it is on the transmission.

The trans is probably stronger than you think. I will say this though, you cannot do a standing burnout. If you are holding the brake to start a burnout, and the tires do break traction for more than 2 seconds the car will stop and lock you out of first gear untill you drive forward. It will do this in expert mode.

I've also noticed that even in manual shift in expert mode, that it will not hold the gear if there is much tire spin. Kinda odd. It will upshift. I'm still learning the car and it's quirks.

You can turn traction control full off as well. However, it requires a pedal dance. Here is a video on it

Got some more goodies. The intake took a lot longer to install than I thought it would. RR Racing left off the part where you have to take the injector ECUs off for the VTA lines. Don't make fun of my sloppy cuts. I'll clean those up this week. I just wanted to rough it in. The carbotech pads are pretty good too, way better than stock pads.

I went on a rally this weekend. I was really pleased with the car. I felt like it would be slow compared to the group but it did really well, it surprised me and others on the curvy roads. I thought it would be mediocre by comparison but its quite capable. However I was disappointed in the numb steering. I will be buying the RR racing bits to fix that soon.
