If you live somewhere with fairly decent roads, I would go with 19 inch.
Staggered or square is a personal preference.
You can get a nicer/flusher fitment going staggered.

For looks: 19's
For comfort: 18's
If it's your daily driver and you put a lot of miles/km on your car then I would say go with 18's, especially if the roads where you live are crap.
If you drive it mostly just on weekends and don't put a ton of mileage on the car then go with 19's. They simply look better on this car imo. Overall ride quality takes a dip though.
I've been debating whether to go to 19's for a while now, but I drive the car a lot and the roads here aren't good. Going up to 19's for me would be purely for looks and I doubt I'll trade comfort while paying more money for looks......it is tempting though. Even if I did do it, I'd stick to 18's (square) for the winter tires.
