Good job man - how bad was it?

Which quickjacks are those? Do you like them? I have been eyeing them and almost bought a set last month when Costco had them on sale.

Thank you! I couldn’t get it back in without removing the halfshafts, I couldn’t maneuver it in between the shafts without it wanting to roll off the floor jack, definitely not easy to do alone. So, I ended up dropping the hub carriers too, then the diff just went straight up into the subframe, then it was easier to seat both halfshafts in. I have the 7000slx plus the extensions, and yes I really like it!

@JT2MA71 Is it possible to access the turn signal bulb front from under the car by unfastening the fenderliner and the undertray? I have rummaged around under the fenderliner before to replace fog lights, but I recall that there was something else preventing access to the headlight assembly.

Yes, it's possible and I've done it before. It's a little more challenging on the driver's side because there's less room for your hand to reach up because of the windshield washer reservoir.

Sold my HKS SSM axle back and factory midpipe so I could order a full ICODE titanium system. While that is being made, I bought a used Borla system locally for a good price, so I can drive the car and test the 3.13 diff. Cleaned it up a bit and spray painted the midpipe with some gray header paint and the mufflers spray painted black. The previous owner of the Borla got rid of the resonators so it’s a little loud, and it’s catless so exhaust smell is definitely strong. I had to make an O2 sensor socket since the longer one I normally use can’t fit in between the frame rail and the larger diameter tubing of the Borla.
Anyways, I’m loving the 3.13 diff. Noticeable increase in wheel spins, car feels even more alive, revs go up much quicker of course when going through the gears. Cruising at 70mph in 8th gear is right at 2K RPM, so I believe this is the perfect balance between street and highway driving For me at least!

Is there any difference in flow with the icode? I ask because it goes to a single 3 inch pipe, while the JoeZ has dual 2.5 inch pipes. It may not matter, but I’m curious. The weight savings is insane for an exhaust… I read roughly 48 pounds saved.

I thought you already had iCode mid pipe on, it’s still my dream of having one as well.

Definitely, even a dual 2.5" I believe outflows a single 3". I didn't know Joe Z is 3" dual, I thought it's 2.5. But, I think the Icode will flow enough, whether it outflows the 2UR or not, I don't know. I know I'd like the weight reduction

Not on the '14. I did have the full system on my 2013 though.

Corrected. I think it is dual 2.5.

My LED upgrade is done, finally. I whittled down the OD of the first heat sink fin on the reverse light V6 Extreme's using a Dremel. It screws right in and the 1500 lumens/each are spectacular. I was able to get the VLED Amber 50's installed in the front from under the car, but if I ever do it again, I am pulling the front wheels for better access under the fender liner. I went with Amber 50's for rear turn signals too because the V6 Extreme's beefy heat sink interfered with the OEM LED parking light connector. I imagine there is a way to do this, but it was just beyond my patience so I returned them (bet you figured it out if your MY has the same design). Thanks again for all your help. Now when they look up from their phones, people might notice my turn signals. ;-)

Did you test fit them yet? Very curious to know if those offsets will work with those widths. It really would be nice to run a 295/35 with a setup like this.

I will have the rear tires mounted today. If my measurements were accurate, there shouldn't be a problem with fitment. I'll post some pictures later today. Front tires will not be here until sometime next week, I wish PS4S were available in the size combo I want, but I had to settle for some PSS 295/35/18 and 255/40/18.

Well that should look epic. I want to see rear end pics with tires that wide.
