Today installed the F-Sport Rear Chassis Brace with the help of my son
Couldn't have done it without the help of my son!

Just started the next phase, replacing my stock rotors with Hawk Talon Performance Drilled/Slotted rotors
I'm a bit rusty at doing this stuff, so got stuck on trying to reinstall the drivers side rear brakes (had some trouble getting the pins back in). Finally got it, but it got dark so tomorrow I have only the passenger rear left
Tomorrow I'll finish up the last rotor and add some post install pics

What pads you putting on there?
Also, I'd highly recommend using a syringe and soft tubing to suck the MC dry before adding new fluid. Keeping in mind, that pushing old fluid back into the MC is a sure fire way to reduce the life of the MC. Opening the bleeder and dumping the fluid while pushing the pistons in is the best method.
Oh, for the ultimate in responsive brake pedal, pressure bleed them manually, and when done, build pressure w a helper, tap on the caliper with a hardwood block smacking them from the bottom up will loosen trapped air, allowing it to travel up to the bleeder for removal from the caliper.
The result - instant brake response with no pedal travel.
Enjoy...

In January of this year, due to a small shiny spot on the dash, I decided to take the car to my local dealership to see if it qualified for the extended warranty on the "sticky dash" issue plaguing a lot of 2nd gens. Thankfully it was still covered, and the dealership installed a new dashboard. This was essentially, my first mod!

I would highly suggest getting Window tint that reduces Infrared and heat, like the 3M Crystalline CR90. It doesn't make it hard to see at night and keeps visibility at a maximum but heat and Sticky panels to a minimum. I've had crystalline tint on my car(2010) since we bought it(2015) and have not had any issues with sticky panels and know for a fact these are the original panels to the car. I live in Florida and the car sits in the sun when I'm working.

This is completely O/T but....
I saw another post of yours with a shot of the dash, I'm only posting to show minor changes over the years. As Dan has said, they didn't change much, just little stuff...
Chrome accents, red/blue temp up/down... silly stuff.
Anywho, how is the new audio system working out?

Everyone, mods are currently on hold for now. Just poured a bunch of money into a backyard patio deck, and my wife has plans to do some landscaping. I have two left on my list: F-Sport Exhaust and RR Racing Tune. Maybe end of year or next year, but that also depends on if I decide to sell her and get into an LS460 or a used GS-F. I'll make that decision in the next 3 years when my wife's Hyundai Ioniq EV lease is over. I am weaning her off of our 2013 Toyota Sienna, and I am going to sell it and replace it with a longer range EV like the Ford Mustang Mach-E. By then pricing for EV's should be going down, and range will be more into the 400 miles zone with faster charging times. Then I'll look into a 2016 and on LS460 or GS-F... if I can find one priced right!
