Had a few little projects in the past several months, heres an update.
Blew out the Goldwood subwoofer and ordered a Dayton Audio. 10" 8 Ohm.
Car wasn't starting, and was getting different CEL codes. Put a new battery; Deka Gold by East Penn Manufacturing. Last domestically produced battery. They also make a bunch of rebranded ones, for Harley Davidson, AAA, Napa, etc. Runs great now.
And finally, decided to reseal the headlights. I didn't do this step after swapping the lenses.
3rd time doing this.
Remove bumper cover, parking sensors, and fog-lights.
Disconnect headlight washers and remove headlights.
Reheat. I didnt do this step during my headlight lens swap.
Clamp and let cool down to re-seal the headlight housing.
I removed the wiring harness from the housing as a precaution.
Re-install. They fit great and no longer fog up.

Thanks guys. Yes, I kept the stock amp. Here's an update, I finally found an installed the ISF TCU. Thanks @Bastrd6
It's pretty much plug and play. The tranny gets better response, It makes the shifts quicker and improves the pulls.
Put it on the Dyno. Here are the results. The blue line is the stock transmission computer, the red line is the new one.
And here is the entire graph. Looks like an increase of 30 ft lbs of torque.

Thanks guys. The shifts are improved from stock.
Epdate: Found an Ividia Axleback and midpipe. Removed the old Rev9 and installed the Invidia axleback. Its actually quieter, less drone. And the metal alloy is nicer, contains more nickel, has a golden glow. Looks better in my opinion. As for the midpipe, its for the GS350, so will require adjustment. Also its been discontinued, so obviously they are pretty rare.
Went to the local exhaust shop and had them install the Invidia mid pipe. Since its for the GS350, they had to weld piping to the exhaust headers, also move the oxygen sensor locations. It sounds pretty nice altogether. No real drone and only loud when accelerating.
Old system.

Not much new, the car's been sitting since I have a primary one. Been thinking / looking to do an ISF brake swap, but the calipers are difficult to find. Also might keep my eye for some black interior pieces. Might also dyno it now that the catback is on, to see if I gained anything.
Rear speaker replacement'. Got the adapters from ebay.
Put in DS18s with the bullets. Sonunds good.
Found a TOMS intake filter. Not sure if ill keep it. Have a WIX currently.
Pulled my Lexus dealer service history.
