A few more upgrades/update.
The jdm pedals (stupid simple upgrade), Bilstein B6 struts for an ISF, new upper control arms, new ***** joints, new strut mount, new figs adjustable endlinks, and obviously from previously the Fsport swaybars.
Absolutely love this combo. The car feels eager to handle and turn. Definitely doesnt feel like a 4k lb luxo barge. It feels more eager than my mustang did!
Also added the RR-Racing oil separator. Took a bit of minor tweaking but fits. Will adjust it later to be a bit cleaner.

She has the X-force x pipe catback for the IS-F on her. I just didn't use the mufflers the X-Force catback came with. So she already has the x pipe. Muffler wise she has AFE/Takeda Mufflers on her.

Bit of an update. Grabbed a set of 4th gen seats to see how they would fit. They do need tweaking to work right and the middle seat belt is on the opposite side. Sadly this set is too rough to refurb. So will be grabbing another set of seats and parting these out. Also switching to a black interior. Then will be dying it to roja red. Also not pictured is the IS steering wheel that I'm waiting for an airbag cover before I can install it. There's definitely far more interior differences than one might suspect. But the car is coming along slowly. I'm only working on it a bit here and there.

What part of GA are you in? I've been trying with the idea of getting a LS 460 L, GS460, and a couple other vehicles. I'm in AL and haven't driven a GS460 and I was wondering if you weren't too far away if I could check it out. If I get a GS460 I'd modify it similarly to how you are doing yours. I was curious about the rear gearing swap you have planned as well as getting a rear differential with a LSD. Build looks great man, I'll be following for sure.

Im in Savannah. I have the 3.76 rear diff in the garage though its an open and not a LSD. We will see I wish I had done the LSD or not. It definitely no longer drives anything like a factory GS ill say that much. Exhaust is definitely noticeable and thats before the headers go on.
As a general update to this post.
Its been slow progress due to getting injured. The dye showed up so will be getting started soon on the red leather. I need to order 2 3GS seat harnesses to use to swap these seats over to our body harness. Also the typical ABS issue popped up. Decided to order a new pump instead of an entire new assembly as it seems the complete assemblies are over 2k. Ordered new wheel speed sensor harnesses for upfront as the original have become quite brittle. Also toying with the idea of giving the Kicker sub in the factory ML system location its own amp (as I have everything I need to do it already in the garage). Also have the new LED projectors ordered for a headlight retrofit. Just need to order the AFS brackets and new lenses. Debating if I want to order a dedicated LED high beam projector as I do have the harness here to run quad high beams.
Anyway a lot of this will be slow going but will be making progress on it soon.
