Default Car is done getting Painted

So the car needs to be sanded and polished to get the best out of this paint but I got to wait 1 month for that so the paint is fully cured.

Default MCmotion Tailights installed

Besides VLAND tailights, these ones I picked up are beyond amazing. Cool animation while turning on the car and has sequential turn signals which match the VLAND headlights. I opted for the black housing instead of red.

Default Front grille assembled

So the front grille took around 18 screws to fully secure it from the back and 6 for the side vents and.... wow. It's not even the same car! For the ISF t

ips I need to cut my muffler tips a bit so they don't hit the tips but I ran out of time. Spent the whole day assembling the bumpers, headlights, taillights, etc...

Great job saving this car from the scrap pile. Glad to see the bumper’s fit so well.

Thanks, yeah the bumper has a very nice fitment since it's polyethylene. Still have to replace the windshield. I have new oem seals to go with it and I'm also replacing the cowl, windscreen wiper arms, and fender seals to new OEM to give it a new car look.

May I ask how much all this cost you? Car and all the parts?

Thanks!

hey! So car was 2500 dollars, will all of the parts and restoration I'd say 15k total. Not counting labor because I did all the work except the paint job. It's worth it considering these cars go for 8 to 12k with high mileage and they all come with its common 2is issues. 15k includes a car with full mainence and the restoration makes it basically a new car. I did spend about 1k on the ultra racing bracing and some touch ups but this is all 15k with restoration and mods.

I bought my 2010 in September 2019 for $19,400 with 52k on it, put another $1000 in tires, brakes and rotors. I bought it from a friend who took care of it, I definitely got a good deal, but your still ahead of me!

Awesome build man, you're really going above and beyond to make this car look really good! After all the things you are doing to fixed it up it's now hard to tell this car has 230k+ miles.
I love driving through Angeles Crest Highway... one day we should meet up to drive through there. I typically go there once a month.

Default OEM ROOF drip moulding replaced

I figured I'm replacing everything I didn't want to paint my old moldings so I bought the OEM Onyx Black drip moldings and installed them.
