Pciked up some tires for test fitting. Trying to find some cheap wheels to mount them on. Tacoma diff with Locker is here as well. Still sourcing Tundra Axles, Oil Pan w/ Pickup Tube, Tundra Spindles. Need to research the rear knuckle to run Explorer Axles. Getting some bad weather today in Louisiana, so onward to Google!
From what i gathered from the internets, Explorer hubs are 2mm larger in diameter. If i can get the hubs turned down those 2mm they should press in no problem and be able to use the explorer axles with the stock knuckle. The axles are close on length so with a little fab work the swap should be fairly easy. But look at the thickness comparison! Just purchased explorer hubs, once they come in, friend will throw them on his lathe and see if Im right. Another simple fix is the explorer outer joint ABS ring, remove them and they will sit well in the knuckle. Removed the seal and the metal flange thing from the LS knuckle. The explorer has a flange on it that will serve enough purpose to keep debris out.

Took measurements for control arms to order up material and heims. I'll address coilovers once everything is mounted. I would like to move the coilover to mount to a control arm instead of the knuckle. Placement obviously puts the cv in the way unless I move the axle back a couple inches. Just a thought.
Other than that just pulled the rear subframe out to tear down, clean up and start mounting new parts!
Not much of an update again. Still on the drawing board for somethings.
In the rear I decided to use the explorer knuckles. I plan on running a trailing arm instead of a double wishbone setup. The knuckle however will be swapped around and turned 90 degrees.
I have some heims laying around to use on the rear and front. Just purchased 1.5" DOM and bender to start building a new sub frame. Decided I can afford to move the axle back a couple inches to run a longer coilover to the trailing arm.
