Hey hope everyone is doing well. Nothing big or exciting going on with the project , it’s been at a standstill as I make up the route I want to go with the engine build .

I however did purchase a lxcc from @KahnBB6 a few weeks ago so that will be added to the build. I was also able to find a mint center console box as all the spares I had were broken. The attention to detail on this thing is taking me a lot longer then I anticipated lol.

Waiting to see what company’s are doing for black Friday sales, normally my biggest time to purchase car parts and Christmas gifts for the family.

more to come!

I hope you enjoy that LXCC! Can’t wait to see you get it up and running in your car when the time comes!

Steady progress at your own comfortable pace is good progress. Looking forward to seeing the next developments with your SC!

Still waiting on the internals to come in. Looks like pistons were not in stock, so diamond is making a set for me. Decided to treat myself to a few Christmas gifts 🎁

thanks, Rudy! How are you and the family doing (including the sc of course ) ? I think I have just about everything packed and ready to go to the machine shop, but still waiting for rods, billet mains, pistons and ark 625+ mains and headstuds to show up before I schedule a date to drop it all off. Also decided on a pulsar 7975 g42 -1450.

We're over here loving life my friend! The little one and my wife are doing great and I couldn't be any happier.

Sounds absolutely killer - I'm loving this project. Happy Holidays to you and yours!!

Rudy

Little photo

dump of my recent delivery. Should have almost everything and ready to head up to see the mad scientist Brian Roche in the next month or so. I’m sure I’m missing a few things but I’m kinda getting to the point that he can just tell me you need this that and this.

Was actually able to put in a little work today. Went thru my spare parts to find the best shape center console and assembled an unbroken box with my corncarbon center console lid. Few notes on the lid, you need to buy longer screws that can be found at ace hardware, and do not use the inner lid. I played around with it for a while and the front of the inner lid has no way to secure down to the top of the lid. Creates a lot of stress and I’m sure would vibrate the death outta the rear supporting mounts.

Hey y’all! Was actually able to get in the garage to start knocking out a few small things today. The weather has been crazy here - raining, snow, then absolutely freezing.

drilled holes for the master cylinder, and installed a sc300 manual brake pedal.

also if you or anyone you know are looking for manual brake pedals - I found my old hoarding stash and I think I have 3-4 extras new in bag.

Finished up the clutch pedal and master install today. Man my back is killing me.

few notes.
cut a ton of the padding out
cut padding for the lower and upper bolts
supra lhd pedal bolts in completely
- need to add hole for the bottom of the pedal assembly
steering wheel telescoping ecu did not bolt back in with the Supra pedal- just zip tied it out of the way and removed the bracket for it

Finally found another piece to the puzzle. Will need to grab a battery and do my relocation before I can get this this wired up.

I am also working on a power steering delete kit that will allow you to keep your ac. Waiting on a few parts then I should be able to test it out and then make a few kits for anyone that needs em!

Getting read and mocking up the fuel lines. Decided to go with dual 8 feeds and a single 8 a return. I hate adding holes in perfectly good sheet metal but you gotta do what you gotta do. Waiting on a few bulk head fittings and radium ptfe a lines.

be very careful when your making your holes , the brake line run directly in front of those two front holes. The way I have it setup will allow myself to run all of the trunk panels while all lines and fitting are completely hidden.

Bulk head fitting came in today. Seems like it is going to work out pretty well. Dual 8 am feeds with a 8an return. Ordered a few other PTFE an lines and fittings.

Any one have any guidance on fuel filter mounting?
