Nate Doggz 21 IS 350 Build
#61
@NateDogg79 digging the build, in fact i created an account to comment. Can you provide a little more feedback on the PPE headers, in terms of butt dyno, smell if catless? Also, the D3 dyno, did you datalog and they created a customer tune? I'm weighing the option if these two mods are worthy. Cheers.

Hey whats up thanks for the comment. the PPE headers i have are catless, they smell really bad, i warm my car up in my garage for a few minutes and its terrible. Even standing behind it for a few min i cant stand it. Supposedly they add up to 19+ HP. Regarding D3, you have to install their software on your PC and they have pre-made tunes for your model, I had to ask them to delete out the 02 sensors issue i was having so they created a custom tune for me and emailed it to me to upload to my Tuner Box.
Hope this helps

Thanks for the intel. My concerns with the PPE pipes were smell and raunchy exhaust sounds, i previously had Scat Pack 6.4L that was catless, similar to your experience the smell was bad. i ended up having 2 3" flowmaster 200 cell cats welded in and the smell was gone and i did not notice a decrease in performance. You may want to look into Flowmaster part # 20001, these are 2.25" 200 cell and should fit nicely, this is what i would be adding into those PPE catless pipes if i go down this road.

I’m getting 19x9.5 squared GramLights 57CR but my offset will be 45mm (yours is 34mm) - did you have to put any spacers in front? Or they fit straight from the box? I’m worried that 45mm offset might have rubbing issues in the front… but then I saw you have even more aggressive one and it fits lol

Just ordered 2020 GSF brake calipers, rotors, pads for the front. Will post pics when they come! I want to do the rears as well but i heard theres an issue with an electronic break fault that hasnt been solved yet. Theres a guy on Insta by the name of "Low.is3" but hes only selling the whole rear break kit for $1975 or the whole front and back setup for $3950.
here's a break down of the part numbers if anyone is interested
