Default Mild build

I'm looking to have long tube headers installed on my 2020 GSF. The car has to remain emissions compliant! I can't find any shops to work with me on this build due to EPA ramifications. Again, the build has to remain emissions compliant. I'm not looking to circumvent EPA/emissions laws. Can anyone point me to a shop that could help with the install? It's also my understanding that the ECU is difficult if not impossible to retune to accommodate the higher flow of the headers. Is this correct? Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

This probably belongs in the main GSF forum.

I would start here: https://shopfigs.com/v5/950001-C

I am planning to put these on my IS F. It has a cracked manifold that's obvious on start up. I suspect GS Fs and RC Fs will have a similar problem because it's related to the engine mount on the left side failing and allowing the engine to move excessively under hard acceleration.
