Thanks! I don't mind making the drive up there. It's about 130 miles, but well worth it IMO. I did look at all the available spark plugs and yeah the Silvers are rated at 20k miles so it looks like it's time for you to replace. Unless supercharged I'd stick to LGS plugs which are rated at 50k miles.

Recent photo of the car. Can't believe it's 15 years old! Looks new and with the mods drives better than new! Thinking about getting the RR Racing Ultimate Crank Pully Damper and pulley combo next. May also consider the OS Giken LSD down the road as well.

So far so good but as you can probably tell I don't put that many miles on the car and I have not been to a track in several years. With that said they are perfectly fine for street duty and I haven't really played around with the settings on them. I'm at 3 clicks under max at all 4 corners and the car rides firm but not too harsh. I may try lower to see if I can feel a difference in the future. As for spring rates I'm pretty sure they are the standard (16kg) Front & (14kg) Rear.
