Question Staggered Wheels OK on AWD 350?

Just spoke with an owner of a 2009 GS350 AWD, has it for sale. It has a staggered wheel setup.
20x10.5 - 275’s on the rear ,20x9.5- 245’s up front. Has a small vibration at low speeds. Will a staggered wheel combination such as this negatively affect the drivetrain, create excessive wear? Could the vibration be the drivetrain?
Should I steer clear of this AWD car? Any of your thoughts appreciated.
Thanks

Its not the wheel size thats the issue, its lowering an awd that makes them vibrate at low speed, im assuming it is lowered. You can put it at stock ride height and should be fine. If its not lowered and it vibrates then Its also possible theres a bent wheel, in the front, if thats the case then you can get the wheel straightened out at wheel repair shops. Or an uneven worn tire! But if he includes the stock wheels, the gs350 are great cars.
