Bought 97 tails from him. Right/ Passenger Tail is cracked and it let in a bunch of water which ate away at the chrome inside...

He claimed they were brand new:

I told him about the crack on the one tail light. I asked him for a refund on the tail since the item wasn't as it was described. He refused.

In a PayPal dispute he states:

"i cant refund money back because first of all i posted the light sold as is and also post up picture before you pay me. Also the has been over like a month If there a problem you should of report it to me as soon as you receive it. there is no leak or what so ever when i own them. if there is you be able to see the water spot right away"

You can see from his post that he said they're brand new not sold "as is"...and what pics! He says there were no leaks when he owned them... but how would he know if he never installed them as he stated in his CL post... I hope no one else on CL gets ripped off by you....

Also mocks the situation saying, "goodluck with your refund".

Please do not deal with this shady guy, I'd hate to see another member get ripped off by him...
