although UPS lost the bar for the strut bar, TommySC stayed in communication with me the entire time when I told him what happened..UPS never found the bar, but issued a full refund.

Technically no sale was made. tommy refunded my payment once he received his check from UPS, but was honest, very fair, and like I said great communication.
