Ordering process
First time order a car from lexus dealer
Called dealer last week and assigned to a sale person
He sent me a price break down and credit card authorized to fill in.
Did everything and he told me it confirmed
Till now my card haven’t been charged yet and asked the guy to email me with a confirmation still nothing
Is this normal when ordering a car?

We normally ask for a refundable $500 deposit when ordering a vehicle, but we run the card immediately, then scan the receipt and email it to the customer.
Unfortunately, there's no real "confirmation" that we can send out to customers when the car has been ordered, our Sales Manager just enters it into the computer.
I might make one up, just to help make my customers feel more at ease, because this is clearly an issue, I've had a few customers ask myself.

No. The federal government has a $5,000 rebate on any plugin hybrid.
However, some provinces also have a provincial rebate, but it depends on where you live.
Here in New Brunswick, people who buy a plugin hybrid that has an MSRP < $60,000 get an additional $5,000 from the province.
The Ultra Premium, the base NX450h+, falls just below that, so customers get $10,000 back in total.
If a customer chooses a higher model, or the new RX450h+ that is coming out very soon, they still get the $5,000 federal rebate. Just nothing from the province.
The $5,000 federal rebate is taken off at time of purchase right at the dealership, the $5,000 provincial rebate has to be applied for by the customer after purchase.
