out with the old, in with the new...
old pipe compared to new one, looks shorter cuz the axle back pipe on the new mufflers is longer than the stock mufflers
old mufflers
mounting hardware
Naked!!!
with the new exhausts.
catback tanabe touring medallion FTW!!! install took about 2hrs cuz well, im slow, and plain hard to hold pipes up with 1 person and trying to get the mounting hardware on at the same time...

haha, i purposely didnt do any *** shots of the car cuz she's super dirty right now.
just came back from dinner... and first amount of damage... i bottomed out, not toooo tooo bad, but it was a steep incline parkade with a speed bump... will inspect the damage tommorow, didnt sound too bad but you never know.
hows it sound, amazing! idle is dead quiet, loudest from 2500-3000rpm, after that, the low rumble is gone and, hate to say it, sounds like my honda =P just a lot smoother
even my mugen twin loop on my honda prelude isnt this smooth sounding...

I thought it was just me at first, but it does sound loudest from 2500-3000rpm. However, when it is under a greater load, it sounds really good and that much quieter than from 2500-3000. When you are cruising on the freeway, give it some gas, and you'll hear it.
BTW, I hope the damage is minimal. Supposedly this exhaust was designed to allow as much space as possible for when you slam your GS.
