nope, not too hard to plan/organize ... just getting the actual commitment from members is difficult

 

how about thanksgiving sunday or monday?

 

sur anytime during the weekends and/or holidays is good for me...let's just get ppl excited for this event first, that way it'll be much easier to get them committed

 

if it is on the holiday monday i'll make it, hopefully our weather will cooperate too.

 

ill be busy whole day in a group meeting for my business class on that thanksgiving monday
ill be at school (SFU)

but i can prob come out during lunch time briefly

on a side note, theres a guy in one of my business class with a turbocharged ES300
ill let him know about the meet once someone finalize the details

i'm out of town until mid-oct otherwise i'll be up for a meet

class: mon - thurs [in the middle ish part of th day ... i like these days for meets
work: fri - sun [no where near sfu ... i like these days less]

 

early oct would be the only time i might be free

 

this weekend i took part in two cruises...one highly comical RS meet and the highly snoozefest sficc meet...either way i'm kinda tired of meets? haha so i'm not really itching for another one anytime soon. i'd still come if someone else organize

i would organize if im not as busy as i am now
but this semester is just killing me, got too much to do every week so id rather not put anymore pressure on myself

i even got nextourer wanting to come to our next meet too
it would be sad to see this thread fizzle into nothing so someone please plan it

 

OK so here's the plan...my schedule just freed up for the rest of the year, boss won't let me work longer so i decided to plan this cruise/meet. i hope noone has any objection. it will be on Monday Thanksgiving Day, Oct 8 since noone will have school that day. i'm still working on long routes with no traffic lights, so details to come...
