No, that was 4 years ago. Notice the collapsed front suspension. I had the AVS system on the car, and had I had the conventional suspension, ICBC may not have written the car off. Apparently, each side costs $3000 or something like that. 
I was off work for almost a month, and on part time & light duties for close to 6 months.

damn so many bad things happening to lexus drivers...
spotted a white is with yellow drls and tanabe mt or fsport exhaust south bound on boundary near kingsway. it was around 6 30 - 7pm

Today I almost got VIed, have to rip my front curtains out and he say I have to remove my front tint (despite Manitoba car allowing 50% tint in front). fine... but the Merc... front 2 suspension, both coil packs, all 24 spark plugs, fuel filter, spark plug suppressors have to be replaced.... just suspension and coil packs are $4K on parts alone... 
And the suspension work will need like IIRC 10 litres of hydro fluid from Mercedes, $40/L Then have to do rodeo test, and labor for everything... It's not coming out for at least 1-2 weeks

Yeah, it's in Richmond, but not where TypeRNammer got towed. I got mine at River Road at about 3:30pm by the Oval. Mine WAS just a routine seat belt check... til he saw my curtains. lol I knew I had it coming... especially when I drive in Richmond
