I recently bought a 2003 iS300 under 70k kms. I noticed small hissing noise when I gentally press the brake all the way down and then release it slowly. The same noise sometimes can be heard when I dirve slowly and release the gas pedal. Anyone had the same problem? Is there a fix? Theres also this odd odor that I smell coming from the passenger side, smells fishy, could it be my starter? clutch ? it doesnt have any burning/melting or anything.

Could someone recommend me an iS300 services, in the Abbotsford or Lower mainland?
