you mean of oct or nov? ... 18 - 19 of oct seems like short notice, but maybe we dont need that much notice ... feed back on this anyone? i def want andy & brian to be able to make this if possible

what if we just push it as far off as nov 8/9 ... when is thanksgiving for u guys? ... all midterms should be over, not finals time yet, gives those of us that work enough time to move things around ... i kno its far but it seems like maybe the best idea?

I think sundays would be better for the other guys, since most of them don't have work. Plus no more exams for me after the 28th soooo....i like Nov. 2

 

nov 9 is looking like it would have the biggest turnout right now.... if weather permits

 

Its always hard to get a date where everyone agrees on. Either someone isnt in town, or something comes up. We have a lot of that, when we do local meets.

I am always down for a meet, which ever day its on. Posting up a list of who is all going to show, will draw in more peeps.

Best thing to do, is PM the members and get them interested as well. I will be doing that for the my.IS members. Some have pm's sent to their emails as they might not check the forums, since they might have a life outside CL

I won't be in town from Nov.8-16. But if that's what works for everyone else, then go for it

 

Most Saturday or Sundays are ok with me. I prefer sundays, that way I can clean my car before the meet.

 

wow..this is turning out harder then we expected...to choose a simple date when most people are free..we definitely want to choose a date when most of us could come out..from both country's..that way it will be well worth the meet

my avaliable schedule = Any weekends after Nov 4 and before exam period

but just pick a day that most ppl can go~maybe it will be easier if we should start a list or sth
