ok, so there's a thread in their section (def going to cross reference them) and it seems like they like the idea, so lets try some planning

I want all the help I can get on this one guys; therefore, suggestions & other ppl organizing things are TOTALLY welcome (what if we had our decals by the time we go?)

lets start w. dates ... I'll add a poll for the ones i'm thinking of rite now ... & I'll try to keep it updated as we go.

Things we need to decide as of Oct 3:
- when
- where
- what will we do? (asside from drive there & say 'hi')

if you guys have suggestions for there 'where', kindly include a map w. an "X" or an "O" on the place so ppl not familiar w. the location know where we're talking about

... ok, lets hear some stuff guys ... our IS meet rocked, lets bring the same fun to this

id say we should do it on oct. 26th..that sounds like a good date..have it as the big month end meet. as for location..how about a well known location..like the seattle premium outlet over in marysville. they have a big parking lot there for sure..plus from there..we can find someplace to eat and just take pix.

LOl Fayme 26 is a BAD idea lol...302 midterms on the 28th LOL. and Oct 13-17 is the week when most course with only one MT have it in...

18-19 or first weekend in November would be good (at least I prefer it that way). The food court in Alderwood is awesome haha, but I doubt we're going to get good parking spaces. Premium outlet is good location...I can always do some shopping after

SIDE NOTE: I won't be cruising from Vancouver to the border with you guys...I'll just wait at the border to cruise down to outlet or whatever. Long story short: I gotta sign in everytime I cross (long wait)

I will past this along to my.IS as well.

I went to the premium outlet mall for the first time a few weeks back. I was shocked that it was an outdoor mall I did like the scenery when I was there, but I doubt it will be the same, since it is getting colder and wet
I will be down for a casino visit

Lets not plan a time so early in the morning. I like to sleep in a little. I was thinking maybe 2pmish and get some lunch/dinner afterwards. There are always things to do, just need to find something that everyone is interested in. Maybe do a cruise around and do some nite shots

If its raining and you dont like the rain, then why do you live in the PNW?

Yea I'm sure it's going to be around 1-3...I don't really want to wake up at 4am either to try and make a 9am meet

oooooo in that case ... the 26th is OUT since there are enough of us in the vancouver part of the club that are in 302 this sem ... i couldnt remember when the midterm was

okay..if the 26th is closed..then i need to change my date..i guess ill vote for nov 2nd..and as for space..they got PLENTY of space there to choose from. we could either crash the outlet's parking lot..or tulalip casino/hotel's parking lot..then theres places we can take pix of our cars..also theres some back-roads so we can take some nice rolling shots of our cars too..iono..just a suggestion

ok ... Nov 2 ... unless there's some SERIOUS opposition [in the next say 2days] that's when it will be

i like the big parking lots for sure ... and i think most if not all of us know where the outlet is

i'm going to say ... i'm sure the WA people know where to find food, so we can sort that out as people get hungry - vancouverites like sushi for the record

Is this just a lexus meet, or can other cars/peeps come along? Honda, VIP, etc...(but no nissans)
