b4 you mount the tpms adapters into the tires, make sure you copy the code on the tpms senser's 1st. cuse the dealer need those code to have them program in.
i got my done at the openroad lexus, they charge me like $36 + tax.

get them from eaby, they work fine, thats where i got my from.
any one from Toronto knows where i can get TMPS program/register? does bullock city do that?
After calling around, I ended up getting mine done at Markville Toyota. Most Toyota places wouldn't touch my car, directing me to Lexus dealerships. I did ask Richmond Hill Toyota and they wanted over $100 to do the job (what most Lexus dealerships were asking)! Markville Toyota did the programming for $40 + tax. They didn't really know what they were doing (apparently my car was the first Lexus they've ever done it for and my car has the switch where you can program two sets of sensors) so it took them almost 1.5 hours to do the job. Everything seems to be fine now though so I can't complain. I guess I'll find out if they did everything perfectly when I put my winter OEM rims on (with OEM sensors).
Sorry to dig up this old thread, but for everyone's information:
I have just call Bullock City, and Andy told me he can do TPMS programing for $75, need to bring both set of wheels for programming, (i guess one from the other set is fine?) and the 6 or 7 digit code from the new set.
