BEST Vancouver Lexus Dealer to service vehicle
Hi there,
I am new to these forums but I signed up because I need to find a better lexus dealer for servicing. I bought my lexus at Richmond lexus and have had problems with their servicing ever since I bought my lexus. I had a 2004 lexus rx 330 and now I have a 2010 rx 350 and have had many problems with both vehicles and I have taken them back many many many times to richmond lexus and they have never fixed anything. So I was wondering out of Regency lexus, Jim pattison lexus, and port moody lexus which is the better dealer for servicing. My 2010 is still under warrenty its just that I paid $60 000 for these vehicles and they bloody have so many problems and Richmond lexus keeps saying we dont know how to fix the problem. I mainly have had transmission problems with both rx's. I am thinking about taking it to regency now so any input would be appreciated.

Welcome!
We've got a long running thread around here somewhere, but it seems to be a toss up between Regency Vancoouver & Open Road Port Moody.
I personally vote for Regency Vancouver after a not-so-great experience with Open Road PM.

I just fot my TSIB done at Regency, they gave great services. I had 3 TSIB done;
engine cranking noise, brake, and MP3 noise thing. And I also had 16k service done.
Dave the manager arranged all the parts in and scheduled a time slot for me. He
also reserved the HS250 for me to try.
A+++ for Regency

Thanks everyone for your responses. I will definately take my RX to regency now since I am so fed up with richmond lexus. I hope regency can fix this RX cause I have had more problems with lexus than I have had with ford. How is the HS NU350?

What problems are you having with the tranmission? I haven't heard of many RX transmission problems unless it was driven into the ground.
Either way, Regency will at least try. I've only had them refuse to fix a seat cooler fan since it was partially working (when not sitting); so I called up Lexus Canada and they are forcing them to fix it.
I suggest calling Lexus Canada right away if they do not fix such a major issue. They launch an investigation each time you file a complaint.

was running most of the time. The nav system is similar to RX450H.
One thing that bug me was the gears shifter. They should put "R" and "D"
as buttons similar to "P".
