Lexus Rims - Better Canadian Vendors?
I can't seem to find any vendor or private seller (used is fine by me) in Canada, let alone Toronto, that is selling either the 18" Tourmalines or G-Spyder rims.
Local dealership quoted me a price that is twice the price I'm finding at online US based dealers online.
Am I looking in the wrong places?

thats because most likely the stock the dealership is getting IS from the same source in the states.
you are paying for the US pricing + shipping + exchange + duties + markup. this final price is probably the quote u got.
remember, the advertised price you see in the states is the retail price, before shipping, before exchange, before any duties applied to them. once u do a final calculation, you will see how much or how little the dealership is marking up. a dealership is a business, it exists to survive, to pay its overhead, thus dont be surprised if they need to make a living and thus cannot always give u the greatest discount.

I find the vast majority of aftermarket wheels to look really cheesey. The nice ones that aren't made of tin cans or look like they belong in a fast and furious movie cost just as much as OEM. I dunno... I guess I'm just conservative.

I picked up some rims. Ryan at Northwest Lexus hooked me up with a set of Lexus ISP Modes for a very fair price.
I probably won't bother to put them on the car until the winter is through, though.
