I took mine to a wash today haha ... they did an ok job ... OMG BRAKE DUST!

your gonna have to get use to it. bimmers are notorious for that. but they have really good braking due to hard brake compounds in the pads and soft rotors (combo gives really good braking) but also means that when brake change time comes, its better to replace the whole rotor than to machine them.

^ me thinks I'll be engine braking more and more

for those of you that can't make the start time, just give some1 a call when you're free, there's no telling how long we'll be out doing things.

i got a wedding ceremony to attend to today (just got text by the groom last night, talk about last minute!)

so will see how my day goes.

get use to rev matching, saves a lot of the clutch. i find bimmers are easier to rev match aka heel toe because the gas pedal is hinged at the floor, and not hanging.

also see if ur M did the clutch valve delete mod? (its a little valve that delays the hydrolic clutch fluid for the clutch, so that its easier for ppl that dont drive manual). its more fun if u do the quick mod and basically replace the thin valve with a straight up hose.

haha, I'll just put the merc on touchless car wash when getting gas, see if it freezes on the car like in winnipeg. lol
