sigh. this is how the story goes:

Yesterday night, I ran over a piece of junk (something like a abandoned exhaust) on a highway. At first, I thought it was a dead road-kill and thought that my car would be high enough to clear it. But I was wrong! I instantly get the message when I heard the painful scrapping sound. Apparently, that thing cracked my front lip and scrapped my bottom plastic cover. I've reported ICBC, but they haven't get back to me regarding to the estimation or whether there will be an increase in insurance rate. In case they will cover everything, I would like to know if any body here have kept their fabulous front lip's receipt? or any other front lip receipt?
