[QUOTE=Sango;6308041]Open Road Lexus if both Port Moody and Richmond. Minoru is their temporay location and will soon move to their new building in about 18 days at the Richmond Auto Mall.
QUOTE]

Resurrecting an old thread. Kinda. :P

So what's the latest opinion of Richmond at their brand new facility? Is their service better/worse/same?

I have been taking my 2010 IS to another dealer for my maintenance but wasn't happy.

Right now my front seat squeaks like box springs when temperature gets colder in the evening so there's gonna be some warranty work coming up.

Thanks all!

^ As for Richmond, should be the same, Speak with Oliver at the service dept., he's a pretty cool guy.

but for your reference, I have a 1998 2GS, so i don't do services at the dealer. I was there back in Feb due to an alarm issue, although it didn't go as planned in the beginning, but they managed to fix and solved everything, and i am a happy customer afterall. And yes, i delt with Oliver at service, and a couple more person at parts, they were all good to me.

Hi

Ok this is not service related but it is Customer Service related.

Went to Open Road Lexus in Richmond and met up with Ollie Rocha to discuss this vehicle:

http://www.richmondlexusused.com/use...ae236e063f.htm

He was very nice and helpful and took the time to assist me despite having a full schedule of closing deals later that afternoon. He just seemed to get very annoyed, very quickly when I couldn't find the Door Unlock button on the car, lol.

Overall he could have been better as I went to Coastal Ford on Terminal Ave. later that day and the service at Coastal was what I expected a Lexus dealership to be. Best service I ever got to date.
