Any Canadians order parts from sewell?
Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy some parts from sewell online. Just wondering what kind of experience anyone has had with them? Any problems I should know about?
Thanks

I got dinged pretty good for brokerage fees. Otherwise service was ggod and base price was good.
I usually try and ship to the border but that's starting to be a hassle because if you are only going across to pick up your shippment and come right back over the border, the customs people always delay and check over your car even if you back any duty and are up front about everything you are bringing back.

Has anyone used the shipping option that includes taxes and duties? I basically want it delivered to my door
I'm thinking of ordering the f sport intake...if I choose the option that includes taxes and duties I should still save over $150 vs buying from dealership.

Yup I couldn't have said it better. I order stuff from the US all the time. Anything I have shipped to canada I make sure they ship out with USPS because its the cheapest by far. But I only ship to canada if its not a big difference. But most of the time I ship to my address is Point Roberts, WA because its only about 15 mins from my house and there is never a lineup at the bother there.

I just ordered the intake...the shipping cost was $130, but it's supposed to include taxes and duties so hopefully there are no other hidden costs

I ordered from them and got bombed by UPS..it was during their F-sport sale so I bought rims worth around $2000, and got billed $500 for duty/brokerfees afterwards. Was f'ing pissed but still paid the bill, lesson learned.
