Default Got into an accident: NEED PARTS

Got into an accident with my GS. Anyone know where I can find good parts in Toronto??? The damage isn't substantial. The main components I need under the hood are the rad assembly and the air cleaning assemblies. I also need a new hood, front bumper, and right side headlight.

Any advice is appreciated. THANK YOU

I'd like to stay in the Lexus fam but if I can't find the parts I'm gonna have to sell it. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

You should be able to find those parts without too much difficulty. I'm guessing the hood + paint would be the most expensive.

Is it not possible to go to the dealer and source the parts ?

Would it not be better to buy new ?

It doesn't make sense to put new parts on a car that's 13 years old lol the Lexus dealership want $2000 for the right headlight ballast alone

WHHAT 2 K for the headlight... you can get a retro set for less than that.

No point in asking for how much the radiator from the dealer will cost then.

I feel your pain, mine was recently hit (front and rear), but the insurance company fixed it for me. $15 000.00 in damage.

Try this place, I have been meaning to call them to see if they have a good headlight set, they seem to have about 4-5 2GS’s

If you contact a large scale wrecking yard, (such as Dominion Auto in Fruitland, just outside Hamiltion), they have a hot line system and can often track down the required parts. You do need to be really explicit describibg the parts.
Good Luck

Hey try rjsalvages in buffalo, he's an ebay seller that deals with alot of lexus parts. I dealt with them a few years back when I needed to replace my rear bumper and brake light. He didnt have brake light in stock but tracked it down within a few days and shipped everything within 2 weeks. Can't recall exactly how much I saved but I know it was much cheaper then local junkyards and dealers.

Another option you have is order parts from junkyards throughout the states, have them shipped to CBI USA and then delivered by crossborder express to your location here. I have dealt with these guys with my rims and very happy with my experience.

Hope this helps and if you need any help just send me a PM. Good luck.
