The dealership in general would wash the car if it was being serviced at their dealership.
If you were just going there to just get a cash wash, it would depend on the dealership and the other is did you purchased the vehicle from them.
I get mine hand washed at Open Road Lexus - they used to be free (even thou I did not get my car from them) until they had a customer of theirs abusing it (getting it washed every few days - something along those lines); so they changed it to pay for charity to get your car washed. I'm fine with that. Open Road does have a machine wash but I requested mine specfically not, so their detail guy hand washes it.
I normally get my car hand washed in Washington State at a dedicated hand car wash in Bellevue where I paid for a package of 10 where they do both outside and inside (they call it Level 2). I use it in cases where the car is really dirty to make use of it.

Lexus of Oakville washes my car, the mats and windows (windows end up looking terrible but whatever). When I worked at an Acura dealership they had free customer car washes on Saturdays. It's amazing how many people would go (usually the same people every week) lol
