Worst experience at lexus ken shaw
I recently purchased a new Lexus and had to bring it in for minor repair to the bumper after having been rear-ended. I did not buy my vehicle from Lexus Ken Shaw but brought it in there because it was the closest dealership to me. Repairs were completed satisfactorily but my vehicle was returned to me with scratches to the center console... I noticed immediately and escalated my concerns to service advisor and manager. I was told they would not take accountability for the damages. I further escalated my concerns to the general manager, Danny, and he too dismissed my concerns. I have never had an experience like this before with any vehicle I have ever owned, nor at other Lexus dealerships. I've contacted BBB but wanted to share my experience with all of you so you don't find yourself bringing in your vehicle for a repair only to walk away with other damages.
