No warning, no contact from anyone prior to it. Just woke up one day with an email in my inbox stating that I am being terminated for a trademark violation. I launched an appeal and lost. Now I am hosting a new channel, making sure to not have manufacturer branding in it.

Generally, wearing a shirt with a company's logo isn't illegal if you're not using it to deceive or confuse people into thinking you are endorsed by, affiliated with, or employed by the company. However, using their logo in commercialized content (like a YouTube channel which generates income) might create issues related to trademark infringement if viewers could be led to believe the company has sponsored or endorsed your video.

We have to get his subscription count back up.
This is a new YouTube channel, so his subscription count was reset to zero. I am sure he would appreciate people hitting subscribe since he does some much to help us out.

"Thank you! Yes, I got shut down for a “trademark violation” for wearing a manufacturer branded shirt in my videos.All the videos got erased, I will be making new ones on this channel, making sure to not use the ‘L’ word "
