Plus, the V6 plugin is luxury trim only. F-sport trim is only available on the Hybrid with the lame 4 cylinder.

Always a catch with Lexus packaging.

It looks like it has the classic Lexus badge on the nose. Haven't seen one of those lately.

Agreed. The upcoming Lexus LBX, which is much smaller and less-expensive than the TX, has, IMO, a much nicer interior.

Someone on Insta said the front end looks like Lord Voldemort and I can't unsee it! Lol, smh.

What are the price predictions for TX550H+? 90K?

Probably way out of my price range.

i think it looks great.

not everyone wants bmw 7 series bling.

this is a PRACTICAL luxurious 3 row that will be $30K less than a gls yet likely be roomier.

There’s a lot of space to go before you get to 7-series bling. Even Acura did a better job putting space between the MDX and Pilot from what I can see.

The utility of the car is going to a boon to families and it’s FWD roots will definitely keep the costs more reasonable. I’m not debating that.

I don't love the TX's design overall. It is clear that it is designed by Toyota's NA design team, not up to Lexus standard.
The headlights are from the smaller entry level LBX. The intake and ACC radar is from 23 Prius. All four doors are identical to the ones from the Grand Highlander.
What is the worst is the grille. It looks like their Grasshopper (a generative design tool great for designing patterns) license expired and they just decided to cut 4 slits and call it a day.
The same goes with the other parts of the car, it lacks fine details found on the NX and RX which both sit below the TX.

Not sure people guy GLS for roominess. But I'm sure this has nothing on GLS nor they are the direct competitors just because it wears L badge. This is a nice plush Toyota Plus product with the most minimal effort they ever did to date of a reskin.

Yes clearly the TX is designed and made in America. It won’t even be sold in Japan.

TX just lacks the attention to detail of its class and price range.

not surprising, it wouldn't fit on roads and parking in japan.

TX just lacks the attention to detail of its class and price range.
what would you say has more in its class and price range?

Yep. Yawwwwwwn. It's not attractive, even though they're trying to make the front look like the original SC, at least that's kind of what I see.

UGH the CVT transmission on the 550H + Plug-in Hybrid. What a bummer.... Not sure but CVTs make allot of engine noise during acceleration. What are your thoughts between 550H F Sport 4 cyl vs 550H+ Plugin Hybrid 6 cyl.
