This one didn't cost a small fortune like the completely decked out ones we get here in the US.

Notice all the false buttons for features this LC lacks?

Love how basic it is.

I am happy.

I would want the engine we get over here because it's more potent but agreed, I would drive a basic one of these.

I'd argue that the 1GR in this is part of the philosophy of the spec. Not sure why you'd want turbos & coolers & all that in the desert heat while driving in the dunes.

I don't. I want the unbreakable V8 back that could handle anything including high temps and desert running you speak of with no sweat. I'm sure the new one can too, but still.

But, yea, I would definitely want the most powerful one.

The 300 drives so much better than the 200 that the v8 isnt enough to get me back to a 200 ever but a naturally aspirated v8 300 would be a dream.

I thought you were referring to the new v35a-fts. They dropped the V8 in the 300, for some reason... in all markets?!

Fuel economy. It's a shame, owners really don't care.....and the ones that do don't as much as Uncle Sam does.

What's these new Land Cruisers running now?

I'm guessing near 100k fully decked out and maybe less for less equipped.
I pulled that number from the sky because I really don't know.

Thank you Bitkahuna!
Well, I guess we won't be seeing any around here unless people import them.
