Has more purple or candy apple maybe.
Looks great but not sure about resale how hot demand will be.
Just speculating.

I looked up the new GX90 and the Soul Red and Artesian Red are separate colors. I think resale and demand on Artesian could go either way. It's a bold color choice.

It is very similar. I saw an infrared LC convertible in WV and it was stunning.

I was looking everyday for a while when I was looking to buy.
I saw that poor Matador Red RX350 sit on craigslist for months.
It was priced right, clean car fax, mileage was ok.
The Black Onyx and Silver are gone in 24-48 if it was in same condition and price to sell like the Matador Red one was.
I'm guessing they may have had to come down on the price a little or maybe they waited long enough for someone to buy it.
I'm thinking the Iridium Red would be "Gone in Sixty Seconds". Lol

For an RX the black or silver will sell way faster than red

Color is an extremely subjective topic, as illustrated by this thread (and others) on automotive colors. That said, sales numbers are an objective measure of the popularity of different colors. A used car dealer friend of mine told me he never buys, or attempts to sell, green cars, and told me to avoid them because of their low desirability. I tend to agree based on my own experience. However, some of the new non-metallic, army-like, greens on trucks and SUV's are beginning to change my mind. Colors choices tend to trend, wax and wane over the decades, so I try to stay open minded.
As others pointed out, I agree some colors are model dependent. For instance, I always liked the concept of the Lexus SC430...a convertible hardtop GT with a V8, but didn't particularly care for the body lines/style, especially as viewed from behind. Then, I noticed with the SC's in Matador Red, the body color blended-in with the red tail lights, which lessened my aversion. This prompted me to buy a red one!
For reasons of not showing dirt, I doubt I'll ever buy anything other than white in the future. Every white care I've owned has been best at looking good between washes, needing less frequent washes than darker colors. Blacks, and super dark reds and blues require the most frequent washing. Who needs that! Too, the darker colors don't hold up long-term like white does. Perhaps because they absorb more heat, and thus, oxidize faster over the years.
I agree too, the Mazda special-order reds are beautiful. But, even if buying a Mazda, I would still likely opt for white.

Really comes down to the type & model for the different colors......No whites unless its a tri coat....Black, red, silver or a blue...... A wrap works wonders as well......

Just wasn't sure about it on the RX 350 how it looked.
Have a pic of it on the SC430?
I'm guessing looks better on a sporty coupe.
