Toyota dropped off a 2024 Tacoma Sport today for review. This is my first time seeing the new Taco outside of a convention center, and my first drive in one. I haven't gotten to drive any other trims. Let me know if you have any questions.
Please note that this is a prototype and I'm not quite sure what's finished and what is not. Example: is the smooth plastic on the doors the final product? I have a call into Toyota to find out a little more.

I love these! They are so much better than the outgoing models!
For the door panels, some of the other YouTube reviewers have noted pre-production door panels. From your pictures, those are absolutely NOT production.
Although I'm not a fan of tacked-on video-screens, in general, the interior looks a lot better than some other recent Tacomas, which IMO tended to have mostly El-Cheapo plastic. Can't judge what the materials actual feel like, though, just from images.
I agree, the dash on this seems very well integrated compared to some other vehicles. It is also my understanding from what I have seen regarding the prototypes is that the door panels, A pillars, etc., that are shiny plastic will be changed to a textured matte plastic, possibly some padding on the doors, in the production version.
Overall, a very nice update. Will prove capable, competitive, and reliable.
Only drawbacks in my eye is some overstyling front and back, and a bit too industrial interior. Prefer the carlike interiors of the 90's and early 2000's.
back seat looks seriously cramped.
what's with the lower plastic piece below the front bumper?
Its an air dam to help with fuel economy. Luckily its only attached with a couple of bolts - If I were to get one of these, it'd be the first thing to go.

And it only comes with the "street" trims like the TRD Sport in the video. "Offroad" trims like the TRD Pro do not have it at all.
