I think I may be leaving Lexus for a while, a deal came up on an S8+ Audi Exclusive interior with black optics and full carbon with all options so I'll probably sell my LS460 to make room for it.

It's already stage 2 as well so 2.6 sec 0-60 and a low 10s 1/4, I won't even have to modify much to get it where I want it. Even has carbon ceramic brakes already with the pads recently changed, I would likely move those to the W12 though

Your mention made me realize hadn’t seen him post in a while and knew he was getting up there in years. Googled him up

I like the stock 98-00 rims better. But that does look clean.

ha, definitely. (we're talking about the mb a180 wagon i'm driving folks )

and the VAST majority of audis, bmws, and mbs (of which there a HUGE quantity) and the small/midsize models.

because cars are so expensive in the uk, a mid-level mb like a gle for example, is consistent a very fancy high end car.

Nor do I, I buy what the car actually is not what brand it is from. At the high end though it's usually a euro brand

You may not care but what I'm thinking is "he has an LC500 in his garage and doesn't realize how special it is?"

That is the epitome of cachet, the LC500.

LFA
GSF
RCF
ISF

All of those will have superior cachet among most people from what I have seen

LC500 is better, higher up than all of those other than the LFA.

Not really and you said in terms of clout, the LC doesn't generate the same attention as the F cars even if it's far nicer. It also can't be tracked like them

No, I said the LC is what part of what gives Lexus the cachet it still has. The LC name carries cachet. The door handles pop out with Lexus logos on them. The interior is beyond insane. It's a very special car.

Track people would like your picks better, sure. I have no use for any of that, when we get ours I want nothing but the luxury options.

As soon as I saw Billy's car posted I had the same thought, wondering if he was still with us. Sorry to hear that...he lived a good life though and he certainly had no doubts about where he was going.

I totally disagree. Pull up somewhere in an LC or an RC-F and see what attention difference there is, most people won't give the RC-F a second look.

Working a deal on this S580...we'll see how it goes. its a 2023 leftover and the lease support is really good, if the numbers work out it should be less than what I am paying. I love the 7 but there isnt anything on the ground that I like, and ordering would be 4-6 months...

$10k lease cash and another $10.7K for AMEX cardholders plus the discount for it being a leftover should equal $30k+ off...

That’s a very beautiful shade of red. Are you planning on keeping those wheels?

No, I love how they look but I will go down to 20s (those are 21s), thats the last thing I will throw in at the end of the deal, for them to swap the 21s with 20s.
