Oh contrare'.... One of my favorite things about my truck, that glorious handbrake. Check that sucker out. As you can see it is leather and leather boot stitched even. It is beyond satisfying to use. And I have used it off roading before to maneuver and slide around, which is the reason it's there.

Which was removed in 2016 I think. Toyota went to an auto brake. But in the Land Cruiser 200. I prefer the hand brake like that

I'm referring to pickup trucks. SUV 's long ago went to bucket chairs with console shifters. You can still buy an F-150 with a bench seat.

Bench seat works ok for a work truck.

For a personal vehicle the bucket seats rule. 🤓

I was driving home from work Friday afternoon and saw this stunner. I couldn't stop to take pics but it looked just like this. It looks big in this pic but it was so small.

First TVR I've ever seen in person.

@Striker223 , would you attempt rescuing a B7 RS4? One of my favorite cars of all time. Only sold in 07 and 08, so very rare.

You can get a Suburban with a bench seat, I was surprised to find that out.

Got back from the beach, man we had the Pacifica LOADED. We normally take 2 cars, but we decided to do it in one. The empty seat is for my mom.

We got 26.6 MPG coming back which given the load (it felt HEAVY) 3 adults 2 kids and the roof carrier drag and a fully depleted hybrid battery was pretty good. Sat in stopped traffic for about 35 minutes trying to get across the bay bridge too.

Here's a front shot of my old ES in the garage with the S580...you can see the yellowed headlights and all the rock chips on the hood

Maybe, I had one in recently for all front control arms and it was nice. I would only attempt if it's not too far gone, those 4.2s have the better chain guides so they usually don't fail like the standard ones.....

It's not a car I would set out to buy though

Ah ok. I thought it's rarity may appeal to you.

A bunch of comments claimed they could hear the chain slapping against the guides. I def couldn't.

Why did you go to the beach? It's been nice and cool in the DC area lately.
