I believe electric waste gate is what was termed “turbo gate” on the 2022 Tundras. The waste gate I believe was faulty. I’ve had my experience with electric waste gates as well. They are finicky.

I am sure Toyota has figured that out by now. The 5.7 in the prior generation Tundra was recalled at the beginning. Faulty camshaft’s if I recall. And the engines were made in Japan. I am sure Toyota has fixed the hiccups of the 3rd gen

I think this is a work of art. The base model with just enough features. And the cloth seats are amazing. Too bad no manual

MERCEDES!

Needs both batteries, rear airbags and brake fluid exchange. Super good shape otherwise!
