was the colour you got hard to get a hold of? Like did you have to wait a while, that’s a really nice color, and I have never seen that vehicle in that colour

no, it’s just one of many paints you can order, and a popular one, and in Canada, the LC500 is factory order only for at least a couple years

I bought an AE86 in 1994 when they were not highly regarded on the import car scene. The only meets where the car got any respect were Club4AG events. The car was openly laughed at when I was at some meets. Fast forward to 1999, Initial D, and Dorifto and the car is a legend. I still have mine. It’s not on the road. I do miss driving it, but it is not a super car. I saw one on BaT auctioned up to $59k. Are you out of your damn minds? Well, yes.

The AE86 is not a great drift car because of low torque and low bhp, but if you can drift it, you are good. The car will punish you for making mistakes. It does teach you how to drive slow cars fast as my friend Moto once said. Now, there’s going to be an Initial D movie which will probably boost the values even more.

Mazda is a bizarre company. There is no difference between the just-revealed CX-70 and the CX-90 besides the absence of the third row. I really don't get it. 2025 Mazda CX-70 Preview: Sure, why not? Small niche, small effort - Autoblog

CX-70 and CX-90 (As Autoblog said - let me know if you find out which one is which)

Lol, I like the look too but it makes me wonder if it looks a little Miami Vice. But that's not a bad thing. In any case I don't care, but I was curious what you guys thought.

Car looks killer with the xenons on, they contrast with the amber parking lights quite well:

I think that it’s a great idea that there’s a two row version.

My drifting days are behind me now but it looks like you may know a little about it. Lol

Sliding around corners was always fun, as long as car doesn't loose control of course.

Then it's a bad day. Lol

But why have it listed as a completely different model? It should’ve been a trim level or made smaller, not be the exact same size. They didn’t even move the rear seat backwards to allow for more passenger sosce.

Mazda continues to demonstrate that they have the absolute worst product planning in the entire industry. At this point not bringing the CX-60 over makes no lick of sense.

that's why it's nice to practice in a video game where you can restart if things don't go well lol

that's my virtual drifting and photography prowess on full display

link13 is right though, these 80s corollas were just another car until that anime came out and suddenly it's a highly coveted sought after item... keiichi tsuchiya (the drift king) also popularized the car

Exactly! So strange…and then they had all the press thinking it was a whole new model and then they were all like “oh…okay” when they actually saw it

Stellantis I6 only has 4 bolt mains. I'm trying to confirm it.

This is a 3.0L motor that has 510hp, that's crazy.

For example, the 4.3 UZ which is the most under stressed engine in the world in the LS430 has SIX bolt mains.
