LBX MORIZO Edition - Akio Toyoda Weekday Fun Car

old school taxis are E-class.... Uber stuff is whatever is cheapest, not owned anymore by actual drivers. A lot of Dacias and Skodas.

The guy green lighted the LFA and LC and supports all the GR stuff and still grumble grumble
We are lucky they still make the LC, a very niche car (when I show folks mine most say they have never seen one) and more dead horse beating for the LC-F
Folks have been enjoying their GR Corollas
So a bit of badge engineering, sub in an auto tranny for us city folks and bingo, the Lexus version

also i don't think lucky is the right word for the LC being made... you're essentially agreeing that lexus is a hollow shell of its former self, and therefore we're "lucky" that a company which has fallen so far actually still (against all odds) turned out a cool product that people actually want
had akio been handling things better from the start, the reaction would be well duh the LC is great, it's a lexus! the only truly lucky ones here are mercedes/bmw/audi since they can once again relax and enjoy the market share

It's a perfect commentary on the current state of affairs when Lexus introduces something of a performance vehicle, but instead of using it to for the F brand, Akio Toyoda literally names it after himself. Not even Elon is that vain.
